So, the first step is to download Fedora and burn it to a DVD. To do that, visit http://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora and choose the right version for you. If you aren’t too sure which version is the right one for you, download this one. Now put your newly burned DVD in the drive. After inserting and booting the machine, the first screen you’ll see is the Fedora boot menu. You need to choose the first option, “Install or upgrade an existing system”.
